Today Sept 28th 2020, Microsoft Cloud went down and came back, however it has raised the simple question if the decision to move to the Cloud was right. Off course it is not specific to Microsoft Cloud but any cloud.

This outage lasted for more than 3 hours. Many companies continued to mitigate the related issues, filed RCA and so on.

Now the real question is what is your emergency option today.
It becomes more important when you are a CJIS organization, Emergency services, and Hospitals, you would like to have an Emergency Services in the alternate system.
